On This Journey

In you I find love and belonging,
There are times it be challenging,
Because we are not communicating,
We end up arguing,
Both are talking, neither listening,
Often blaming and criticizing,
Appreciation, Affirmation and Affection lacking,
On this journey we are learning,
Continuously growing,
To be more understanding,
And more forgiving.
