Life is unusual these days - I was the first in line to enter a TESCO store today. Within minutes, the queue was about 10 persons long (and I was 15 minutes early). The roller shutter eventually opened at 8:00 am sharp.
I bought what I could for the next few days. It's a balance trying not to buy too much because most of the vegetables can last only a few days (even with refrigeration), and yet enough to feed two growing children and three adults at home. I am conscious of the Movement Control Order still in force, and also the latest 2nd phase addition of operating hours being 8:00 am - 8:00 pm for essential business premises such as stores/shops/restaurants.
